The hotel here was a dream come true! The luxurious amenities made us feel like royalty and all of our needs were fulfilled. The outdoor swimming pool was delightful, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The garden area was well-kept and added a serene atmosphere. We were blown away by the exquisite dining experience, with a fantastic restaurant and bar/ lounge area. Breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed outdoor dining area. The service was outstanding, always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us.

Although our stay was exceptional, the reception staff could improve their communication. We experienced a minor issue with payment for airport transfer and weren't informed until arrival.

A great hotel in Jijoca de Jericoacoara. We loved this property and its excellent rooms and service. There was plenty of good meals.

The staff were helpfull during 6 nights we stayed there. Booked suite, that included multi-channel television, a mini-fridge-bar and a coffee maker. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel had a great pool that was very relaxing and refreshing after a long day of business meetings. The breakfast was also amazing, with fresh and tasty food options. The location near the beach and great scenery also added value to my stay.

I didn't feel very safe when getting back to the hotel late at night, as there were no guards present and the lighting was poor. In addition, there was some confusion during check-out as I was overcharged. It was a bit frustrating to have to argue with the staff to have the charge removed.

We enjoyed our stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel facilities included a relaxing pool with a pool bar, and a restaurant that accommodated our dietary preferences. The location on a beach provided incredible views of the sea, and there were great walks for miles in the most spectacular landscape. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our son with Down Syndrome was warmly embraced.

We recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Jericoacoara that had a stunning room with a view of the sea and a lovely garden. It was a small property that had an intimate feel and provided great service. The hotel was located in a peaceful area away from the busy center of the village, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We noticed that some rooms lack privacy, and the sound insulation was poor. The hotel was not on a beach, which was a bit disappointing, and the pool area was not fully sheltered from the wind.

The hotel location was great, close to City Center and easy to access. The room was nicely decorated and had a lovely sitting area with a pool view. The staff was one of the nicest we ever met, always going out of their way to provide great service.

There was a lack of privacy due to a glass wall backing onto a patio area, and it was possible to see into the shower from the outside.
